Garage Force of Katy remodeled our Garage floor. We were in the market for an epoxy type of flooring. We talked to several professional services that installs these types of products. Ryan Crawford from Garage Force of Katy came over and explained their Polyurea flooring, and some other options. He had those products installed on individual floor tiles that he brought along. We could see, touch and feel how those would look like. We liked the texture and the feel of the Polyurea and went with it. Garage Force of Katy also had a better price than everyone else in the similar product line. The product also has a lifetime warranty.
Ryan explained the process to us. On the day of the installation, they arrived on time. Ryan, Linel and Juan took exactly 4 hours for the whole process. They cleaned the floor, removed the top layer with a grinder, scratched the surface to get it ready for the installation. The coating and the installation took a couple of hours. Once done, Ryan and his teammates cleaned everything up, and left us with detailed and clear instructions on how to handle the post installation process. The garage was ready in 36 hours for use, and to park our cars in.
It’s been a week since the installation that I am writing this review. The installed product on the garage floor feels like it felt on the samples. The residual odor was gone in 48 hours like it was explained, and we did not experience any fumes or odor after that. Overall, I am very impressed. The process was exactly like it was explained, and so was the experience.
I am sure there are other outfits in the market that offers similar services at similar prices. However, I am very impressed by Garage Force of Katy’s professionalism and transparency. They did exactly what they promised, and in that time frame. The professionalism also came with a humane touch. On the day of the installation, when Ryan, Linel and Juan arrived, we still had a few stuff to be taken out of the garage. Though they did not have to, they helped us out in moving those. Once they were done, they arranged everything in order so that we can put them in place, once the garage was ready to be used after. I was very touched!
