Q: What is concrete coating?

Q: Why doesn’t Garage Force use epoxy?
A: Many homeowners search for ‘epoxy floors’ because that term has become synonymous with garage floor coatings. While industrial epoxy has served the industry for years and can provide good adhesion, today’s premium concrete coating technology has evolved beyond traditional epoxy. Epoxy cures into a harder, more rigid surface that can be less forgiving as concrete naturally expands and contracts. Many epoxy systems also require longer cure times and can amber or yellow with prolonged UV exposure.

Q: Will every floor need a Moisture Vapor Primer?
A: No. We only recommend one when testing indicates it is necessary.
